As a logistics employee, you ensure that our shelves are stocked and the store is ready for our customers.
You receive goods, check them, enter them into our systems, and store them in the warehouse and on the sales floor according to a specified concept.
You maintain shelves, pallets, and bins, keep everything tidy and clean, and ensure that our products are clearly visible and easy to find.
You assist our customers with picking up their goods and ensure that goods are issued quickly and in a friendly manner.
By working with the team on the sales floor, you learn which items need to be restocked in good time.
How you grow
You will start with a structured onboarding process: you will learn about procedures, safety rules, our IT systems, and space planning step by step.
Experienced colleagues and your manager will show you how to organize goods flows efficiently, safely, and in a customer-oriented manner.
Over time, you will take on more responsibility—for example, for specific product groups, storage areas, or organizing goods issuance.
If you are ready to take the next step, you can become the primary contact person for logistics, controlling processes and ensuring optimal product availability in the market.
