You manage the sales floor, ensure strong product presentations, and keep an eye on key figures.


You plan assignments, set priorities, and are there for your team when they have questions—on the sales floor, in the office, and in close cooperation with store management.


Together, you ensure that our customers feel comfortable, receive good advice, and are happy to come back.

How you grow

You will start with a structured onboarding process and get to know your store, the processes, and the tools step by step.


In training sessions, workshops, and sparring with your store management, you will further develop your leadership, sales, and numerical skills.


You can gradually take on more responsibility and develop into larger stores or further management tasks. And if you want, we will support you in following in the footsteps of the store management.
