You lead the service team, ensure smooth operations – from exchanges to repairs – and turn customer requests into real solutions.

What you can expect

As Head of Customer Service, you and your team are the first point of contact for everything that matters after the product consultation.


You organize and manage the service area – from complaints and warranty cases to repairs, as well as financing and insurance topics.


You lead your team, plan schedules, coordinate closely with sales and logistics teams as well as external partners, and ensure that all processes are followed.


You keep track of open cases and key service KPIs – making sure our customers leave the store with a positive experience and are happy to return.

You start with a structured onboarding into the world of service, warranty, and after-sales processes.


Trainings, workshops, and close collaboration with store management help strengthen your professional and leadership skills.


As you gain experience, you take on more responsibility and can develop into larger markets or further leadership roles – for example, managing your own store.
