Apprenticeships at Headquarters
Our apprenticeship programmes at headquarters at a glance.
Management Assistant in Office Management (m/f/d)
"Organisation, communication, oversight."
In your apprenticeship you’ll become part of the team that makes sure everything runs smoothly in the background – reliable, structured, solution-oriented.
What you can expect
You’re right in the middle of everyday working life: you organise, coordinate and keep operations running.
You use digital tools and learn, for example, how to use AI applications to process information efficiently or automate processes.
You regularly change departments and grow with every new placement.
And because you’re never on your own, you receive feedback, exchange and support within the team.
How you grow
You start with an onboarding, and the apprenticeship plan gives you orientation and structure. In everyday work and in trainings you build up specialist knowledge – as well as digital, social and future-relevant skills.
With new tasks, you grow through what you try out and through your willingness to stick with it.
You not only develop your skills further, but also a good sense of what suits you and where you want to develop.
What matters to us
We want you to see your apprenticeship not as simply ticking off tasks, but as a real contribution to the company.
That’s why we rely on trust, teamwork and initiative.
It’s important to us that you are allowed to try things out, take on responsibility and always know: you have support.
Management Assistant in E-Commerce (m/f/d)
"Experience online retail from the inside."
From the click to customer loyalty: you’re right in the middle when digital shopping worlds are created.
What you can expect
You learn how an online shop is set up and operated: from product presentation and customer communication to the analysis of sales data. Online marketing and legal/commercial processes are also on the agenda. You use modern technologies and AI applications, for example to analyse user behaviour or automate processes. With every regular department change, your knowledge and your understanding of the bigger picture grow.
How you grow
You develop with – and at the pace of – digital commerce.
You start with an onboarding that makes it easier for you to get started and shows you how everything fits together.
In workshops and in your day-to-day work you learn how to work with the data, tools and processes that drive online retail – and in doing so, you build professional and digital skills.
Feedback and support help you in your personal development and in gradually taking on responsibility.
What matters to us
We believe that good apprenticeship is more than just imparting knowledge.
That’s why we focus on teamwork: you become part of the team, take on responsibility – and gain insights that go far beyond individual tasks.
It’s important to us that you not only understand e-commerce, but also help shape it – with digital tools, fresh ideas and the courage to try new things.
Marketing Assistant (m/f/d)
"Creativity meets practice."
You get involved – in campaigns, communication and channels.
And you grow as brands become tangible and experienceable.
What you can expect
From the very beginning you’re close to our campaigns and see how ideas are created, implemented and improved.
Whether communication, media or POS activities – you work with different channels, use creative tools and always keep the target group and impact in mind.
You use modern tools and experience how AI applications can support analysis, content and campaign planning.
In each area of deployment, your feel for strong brand communication grows – and you build contacts that help you progress both professionally and personally.
How you grow
You develop in the rhythm of the campaigns: sometimes fast, sometimes in depth – but always with support.
Onboarding makes it easier for you to get started and helps you to find your way around quickly. The apprenticeship plan gives you orientation and makes your learning progress transparent.
In projects, workshops and everyday work, you learn how brand management works: from understanding target groups and channels through to ideas that have an impact.
Feedback and support help you in your personal development and in gradually taking on responsibility.
What matters to us
Marketing can do many things – but above all, it creates impact.
So that you can have impact, we give you space to think along, to experiment, to reflect and to grow.
We see you as part of the team – and as part of our vision of designing apprenticeships with a focus on the future.
We design apprenticeships in such a way that they strengthen, support and challenge you – and equip you with what you need to shape the future.
IT Specialist – Application Development (m/f/d)
"Writing code that makes a difference."
From the idea to the finished programme: you develop applications that solve problems and learn how to make complex things simple.
What you can expect
In your apprenticeship you learn how requirements become functioning applications – from the first concept to tested code.
You analyse, plan and program, and you work on elements that users will actually interact with – always with a focus on function, usability and technology.
Testing, optimising and further developing are also part of the role, as is understanding how design, logic and system architecture work together.
You work in agile teams and experience how modern development environments and AI-powered tools make work smarter and faster.
How you grow
You develop at the pace of technology – step by step, but not on your own.
A solid onboarding and the apprenticeship plan ensure that you settle in quickly and can keep track of your learning progress.
In projects and workshops you learn how to structure requirements, design solutions and write clean code.
With every task you grow further: through collaboration in the team, professional feedback on your code, and work on internal AI applications.
Feedback and clear guidance support you in your personal development and in taking on responsibility.
What matters to us
We don’t just want your apprenticeship to be a qualification, but a springboard for your further path.
That’s why we rely on trust, teamwork and initiative – and create spaces for thinking along, experimenting and developing.
We design apprenticeships in such a way that they strengthen, support and challenge you – and give you the tools to follow your own path.
IT Specialist – Data and Process Analysis (m/f/d)
"IT meets analytics."
You work with data, understand processes and operate at the interface where digital efficiency is created.
What you can expect
In your apprenticeship you learn how to analyse, evaluate and improve business processes using digital tools.
You identify data sources, prepare information, analyse it and develop IT-based solutions to automate and optimise workflows.
You use modern technologies and AI applications, for example to detect patterns, anomalies or potential.
With every project, your understanding of complex interrelationships and your feel for efficiency grow.
How you grow
You start with a solid onboarding and develop at the pace of technology – step by step.
In projects you learn how to structure data, understand processes and work with tools that make workflows measurable and more efficient.
With every task you grow further – for example when you analyse and digitalise processes for internal reporting so that important decisions can be made on a data basis. The apprenticeship plan helps you keep an overview and make your learning progress visible.
What matters to us
We don’t train for the moment – but with the aim of making you strong in the long term.
That’s why we give you space to think along, to experiment, to reflect and to grow.
We design apprenticeships in such a way that they strengthen, support and challenge you – so that after graduation you’re not just ready to start, but already well on your way.
IT Specialist – System Integration (m/f/d)
"Keeping IT infrastructure running."
From servers to support – you make sure everything works together.
What you can expect
You learn how to plan, configure and operate IT systems securely – from networks to server administration.
Whether hardware, operating systems or IT security: you make sure everything runs stably and works well together.
You use smart tools – for example in support, where chatbots handle simple enquiries.
You gain insights into troubleshooting, support colleagues with IT issues and expand your know-how with every task.
How you grow
You grow with every challenge – technically, but also personally.
Onboarding at the beginning gives you orientation and helps you to settle in quickly. In everyday work you learn to set priorities, work in a structured way and solve problems systematically.
Through feedback within the team and close collaboration with experienced colleagues, you gain confidence in what you do and gradually take on more responsibility.
This is how you find your path in system integration – step by step, but not alone.
What matters to us
We don’t train for the moment – but for a future in which you can work confidently and independently.
That’s why you get space to think along, try things out and learn from feedback.
We design apprenticeships in such a way that they strengthen and challenge you – and give you the confidence to take on responsibility in IT operations after graduation.
