Store Manager

You make the difference on site. As part of Market Management, you take overall responsibility for your store, your team, and the results – and you develop your market further every single day.

What to expect


As a member of the market management team, you keep an eye on everything: employees, figures, and customer experiences.

You lead the entire store team – from Sales and Customer Service through to Logistics – and ensure that all areas work together seamlessly.

You manage KPIs, budgets, and processes, make data-based decisions, and consistently implement our sales and service targets.

You are visible on the shop floor: engaging with employees, close to our customers, and in close alignment with the regional sales management and the headquarters.

Together with your leadership team in Sales and Customer Service, you drive campaigns, projects, and change initiatives in the market.


How you grow


You start with an onboarding program over several months, getting to know different stores and leaders and preparing step by step for your role.

Through leadership programs, trainings, and regular feedback, you continue to strengthen your profile as an entrepreneur in the market.

You take responsibility for strategic topics – from assortment and space optimization to the development of your leadership team.

With your results and your drive to shape things, you open up prospects for yourself in larger markets, regional roles, or central management positions within MediaMarktSaturn.
