Sales Trainee Program – Store
"Understanding sales. Shaping leadership."
You will learn how the market works and develop the ability to motivate people and achieve results.
What to expect
You will start the 24-month program with onboarding at headquarters and in the market. A structured training plan and support from a buddy will give you the space you need to familiarize yourself with the job.
In the first year, you will learn about our omnichannel model in practice: key figures, tools, processes, and what makes a shopping experience truly special.
To do this, you will pass through all areas of the market – from goods receipt to the sales floor – and understand how the business works in detail.
In the second year, the focus is on your development as a manager. You will take on responsibility, learn how to build, develop, and motivate teams, and develop your own leadership style.
How you grow
Your growth begins with a clear plan: based on your training plan, you will develop step by step into a manager.
An accompanying training program, workshops, and feedback provide you with guidance – professionally, personally, and as part of a team.
After 15 months, you will participate in a development center. The aim here is to identify your strengths and areas for development – so that you can take the next step into a responsible management position in the market.
Obtaining the trainer certificate (IHK) will further strengthen you for your role.
Local and regional projects bring fresh impetus and show you how you can make an impact yourself.
What is important to us
We don't just want to advance your professional skills, we want to empower you as a future manager – with a program that challenges and encourages you and gives you the space to develop your own style.
It is important to us that you like people, show initiative, and are eager to get things done.
That's why we create an environment where you can try things out, take on responsibility, and experience how inspiring leadership works – close to the team, close to the business.
We give you feedback, trust, and the support you need for your development.
