Performance and feedback conversations provide our female employees with personal and targeted feedback, while allowing them to define their individual development plan together with their manager.

In this way, we ensure that we are all working toward a common goal while at the same time fostering an appreciative and open feedback culture. This gives our female colleagues regular opportunities for reflection as well as neutral feedback from their managers.

Our 9-month international development program is designed to foster leaders on an international level and strengthen their skills in strategy communication, stakeholder management, resilience, and personal development through coaching.


In this way, we support them in their development and offer them opportunities for international transfers or promotions into top management. Since we have many talented women and actively support them in advancing their careers, we have achieved a very high proportion of women in our International Leadership Program.

We are part of the non-profit organization “Initiative Women into Leadership.” Why?

Because we have one goal: equal representation of women at all levels of the company – including top management.
