Our Corporate Influencer Initiative - From Me to Us

Why does this community exist?


The MediaMarktSaturn Corporate Influencer Community has a clear goal: to highlight colleagues who demonstrate integrity, personality, and enthusiasm for their work. It shapes our culture, fosters networking, and makes pride in our work tangible both internally and externally. Its members are far more than just social media influencers—they are authentic, approachable ambassadors for #TeamMediaMarktSaturn.


How does the initiative work?


The initiative follows a strategic approach across three levels: organization, team, and individual:


  • Organization – establishes the framework: from social media guidelines and legal clarity to a shared set of values.
  • Team – coordinates, supports, and structures: The interdisciplinary core team combines community management, mentoring, and role clarity.
  • Individual – is at the center: Every corporate influencer brings their own voice, perspective, and impact—both internally within the company and externally to the public.


Our motto: Community Building First. Because change doesn’t start with programs, but with people connecting.

What exactly is happening?


The community launched in the summer of 2025 and has been meeting weekly ever since. One key focus is on personalized service: Through original content created by the community—short videos, landing pages, and service tips—a growing network of knowledge and influence is emerging: our “Community of Interest.”
